For the ITP display, can you describe the wall structure these will be mounted on (e.g. cinder block, sheetrock, etc.) If wall mounted option is selected, does the district require cabling to be run to the panel to a wall plate in a seperate location for teacher connectivity?
Response: Cinderblock for about 50 and Metal stud for about 50.

Response: 1) 3 campuses 50,25,25; 2) No de-installation; 3) No cabling; 4) Yes - standard installation; 5) No cabling

Is there any existing equipment that will need to be integrated at time of install?
Response: Nothing comes to mind at all. We intend to use these wirelessly, so just mount (if we choose to purchase that) and plug it in; otherwise, just deliver as we can.

What is the breakdown of wall mounted units vs cart mounted?
Response: If we can afford carts then we will purchase 50 for one campus and not mount those 50 to the wall.

Interactive Touch Panel Display's 1. Can our company store all 100 Displays in our (Insured) warehouse? Will the Gilmer Independent School District upon inspection and given a copy of serial numbers, sign off and pay for the 100 Displays to be delivered on the school’s timeline or request? 2. On the Wall mounting portion of the bid, the district wanted labor quoted. Can we do a site survey to look at the rooms? Are the classrooms sheet rock, cinder block or other?
Response: Yes, Gilmer ISD will sign and pay for the 100 displays upon arrival and inspection to your secured warehouse within our normal business process which is 7-10 days. Yes, labor for wall mounting is an optional line item we would like to have bid. Yes, you are welcome to come take a look at our rooms. About half will be in cinder block walls, The others will be in walls with metal studs.

In reference to the request for training on the RFP, can you please specify what type of training you are looking for? Are you looking for introductions on how to use the board or how teachers can use the features to integrate into their curriculum? Please specify what you want covered. In addition, will this be a training where the instructor is teaching a specified employee who will then train the teachers? Do you want all the teachers trained by the instructor? Will this be a multi day session or a single day session? Will this need to be remote due to the current pandemic climate? Thank you.
Response: We have some training already scheduled with Promethean from our last purchase. This purchase just needs to guarentee us additional hours with them. We have worked with them to schedule what is best due to COVID and our days.

For the installation line item, can you confirm the scope? Are we installing on a cleared wall or will we need to remove existing A/V equipment? Will we need to run in-wall HDMI/USB cabling to the teacher computer? Will we be mounting over the top of a dry erase board?
Response: Installation will be mounting to the wall either into cinderblock or metal stud wall. No wiring or additional changes will be necessary.

How many ITP panels do you intend to purchase?
Response: 100 panels will be purchased.
